1. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At The Virtuous Divine, we want you to have a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully.

Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the product must:

• Be unworn
• Be unwashed
• Be unused
• Have original tags attached
• Be in original packaging
• Be in its original condition

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Size Exchange

We offer one size exchange per order.

Size exchanges are available only for the same T-shirt/design. We do not offer exchanges for a different design or product.

The customer is responsible for the applicable shipping costs for the exchange.

If the requested size is unavailable, another available size may be offered, subject to availability.

No Monetary Refunds

We do not provide monetary refunds.

Approved returns are eligible for exchange only, subject to this policy.

This applies to both prepaid and COD orders.

Wrong Product

If you receive a different T-shirt/design from what you ordered, you must contact us within 1 day of delivery.

You must provide:

• Order number
• Clear photos of the product
• Clear photos/videos of the packaging when requested

After verification, an appropriate resolution may be provided, such as sending the correct product.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives physically damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us as soon as possible with photos/videos.

Such cases will be reviewed case-by-case and the appropriate resolution will be determined after verification.

Sale Products

Sale and discounted products are eligible for returns and size exchanges, provided they meet the conditions of this policy.

COD Orders

COD orders are eligible for returns and size exchanges under the same conditions.

No monetary refunds are provided for COD orders.

Return Shipping

For normal returns and size exchanges, the customer is responsible for return/shipping costs.

Return instructions and the applicable return address will be provided after approval.
